MR. + MRS. KITCHEN | 9 - 15 - 18

My fiance and I know Anthony & Lauren pretty well and I think it’s a blessing when you can be hired to capture a friend’s wedding day. I’ve volunteered my services at the Kitchen family cancer benefit for a couple of years now and have become pretty acclimated with the entire gang. We both have nothing but amazing things to say about Anthony and the tremendous amount of support he has shown us. Our german shepherd husky is sisters with their german shepherd husky. This entire family is near and dear to our hearts in a lot of ways and it felt so special to be there. From their parents to their siblings to every new friend we met. Their ceremony had a beautiful backdrop of the bay in Petoskey, Michigan. We enjoyed a smoked hog and an amazing sunset. One of the best parts was Anthony surprising his bride with a firework show, but my favorite part was shutting down the dance floor with everyone. We ended our night at the lake with everyone around a bonfire and our beers in hand to catch up. The starry night sky over Lake Walloon was breathtaking. I just love so many small things about this place and this celebration and we can’t wait to head north again in the future. Love you guys! These are for you, xo.
